Becca is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Community Health Sciences department. She has undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from Emory University, and an MPH specializing in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Washington University in St. Louis. Her research areas include reproductive health, structural racism, immigration policy, and sexual violence. In addition to serving as the Co-Coordinator of the Research Committee in the Maternal and Child Health Interest Group, Becca is an FSPH Ambassador, Chair of the PHSA Survey Committee, and a member of the FSPH Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. Originally from North Carolina, Becca enjoys exploring coffee shops and hiking trails with her dog.
